Teachers

IRENE, FOUNDER TEACHER.

I am Italian. I started practicing yoga in 2009 while working as a researcher in biology. I immediately liked to experience the body with a depth which was unknown to me till that moment. In fact, I was immediately revealed the extraordinary connection between the body and mental state. After nearly 10 years of working abroad as a researcher, I finally came to Brussels. My passion and interest in yoga have continued to grow during these years with my decision to follow a teachers training course, Yogalife, in Ghent in 2012.
In November 2013, I followed the training course, yoga for children and teenagers with Yogabeez, in Brussels. In summer 2013 I got pregnant, and during this wonderful experience, I lived in my body that was changing, the benefits of yoga in its entirety. In February 2015 I got the certificate as prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher. Today, I bring with great joy the teaching that I received from my many teachers while continuing to grow my knowledge and to prepare for further qualifications.

I teach in English, in French and Italian.

KRISZTINA, GUEST TEACHER.

Krisztina’s first encounter with yoga was in 2009, when she was studying in New York with a scholarship. As it was love at the first asana, she continued her path as a yogini ever since, continuously deepening her knowledge, experience and immersion in the yogic tradition.
Wanting to share her passion for yoga with others, she completed her yoga teachers training with Yogalife in Ghent in 2013 and started teaching in Brussels. She is continuously looking for further inspiration and deepening of her practice and teaching by following workshops and trainings with leading teachers around the world.
She is teaching classic hatha yoga with a holistic approach: a strong physical practice combined with useful techniques to calm the mind. This is her recipe to a healthy body, a relaxed mind and living a balanced life in a vibrant urban environment with all the challenges we have to face in our jobs and our personal lives. She teaches in her spare time on a non-for profit basis; her mission is to share these tools with her students to live healthy, happy and balanced lives.
