Your Ayurvedic coaching is intended to assess your physical, mental and emotional situation and to determine in particular your basic constitution (prakriti) and current condition (vikriti). You will receive tailor-made recommendations (easy to remember and to put into practice) that will help you maintain or restore the best possible version of yourself.
The ayurveda coaching will begin with a conversation about your state of health, diet and lifestyle. We will analyse in particular your digestion, quality of sleep and energy and stress levels. Using traditional Ayurveda techniques to check a person’s state of health and balance, we will seek to find if there are imbalances and/or excesses in your condition.
I will develop a specific programme for your needs taking into account your constitution and current condition. A few days after our meeting you will have written recommendations regarding your diet, the ayurvedic herbs that could be useful, and some ayurvedic hygiene advice and guidance on yoga and meditation techniques that could help you bring more balance in your life.
